Billing questions
Orbit Pro is $2.99 a week or $29.99 a year in Australia, the US and most other countries. It's the same price whether you subscribe here or in the app.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your Orbit account page. If you subscribed in the app, go to iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Either way, you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
What happens if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Everyone stays in your orbit and you can still edit them all. Adding more people needs Pro, and Opal, the weekly check-in and suggestions pause.
Does Pro work on my iPad too?
Yes. Pro belongs to your Orbit account, so sign in on your iPad and it's unlocked there too.
Can I share Pro with my family?
Not at the moment. Family Sharing isn't available for Orbit Pro.
